Wilber “Will” Trivino is an associate at the Law Offices of Steven Cohen in New York, a small civil litigation law firm in the Bronx, New York. He helps creditors in their attempts to collect outstanding debt from consumers and commercial debtors through the enforcement of binding agreements or court judgments. His practice mainly involves the litigation of contract issues and mechanic’s lien foreclosures.
Prior to joining the Law Offices of Steven Cohen, Will practiced as a civil litigator at other small law firms in New York City, where he helped clients with intellectual property, business, matrimonial/family, personal injury, real property, and landlord-tenant matters. He received his law degree from the University at Buffalo Law School, where he was the founder of the law school’s Annual Job Forum. He received his undergraduate degree with honors from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, where he was a Ron Brown Scholar.
He is also the Co-Chair of the Roure Diversity Pipeline Association (“RDPA”), an association dedicated to professional diversity, mainly in the legal profession, and providing the necessary support for the next generation of social justice warriors.
